Our firm is run by Mr Arif Hasan and Mrs Sadia Hasan. We operate as a husband and wife team. We are both qualified and regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner to provide advice and assistance in immigration matters.

Sadia completed her law degree in 1994. She has worked in various high-profile organisations specialising in criminal and family law. In 2008, she joined her husband to work in immigration law. Her wealth of legal experience continues to help our clients with a high level of service unrivalled in our local area.

Legal Aid for immigration
Since April 2013 there has been a reduction in the types of immigration and asylum cases eligible for Legal Aid, you will have to satisfy the means and merits tests to qualify for Legal Aid for immigration. The merits test looks at whether, on the balance of probabilities, your application will succeed. The means test examines whether you satisfy the financial criteria.
Please note that we are a private immigration practice which means we do not undertake any legal aid work. In other words once we agree a fee with you, our aim is to achieve the agreed results regardless of how long it takes.
PREMIUM SAME-DAY SERVICE
Premium same-day service offered by the Home Office. We will help you to prepare an application and collate the necessary documentation to present at your appointment. We will accompany you on the appointment in exceptional circumstances for extra charge. We are confident of our work and you will not need our lawyer to accompany you on appointment saving you money.
Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner regulates immigration advisers and also ensures that they are fit and competent as well as acting in their clients’ best interests according to UK legislation.
OISC advisors take immigration cases only whereas lawyer firms usually undertake a wide scope of legal work including immigration cases. Barristers specialise in presenting the case in court and they will not be preparing the Home Office application or routing correspondence with the Home Office,
